About Us
DNM began designing hi-fi equipment in 1978. Now DNM produce amplifiers that are small, lightweight and unique in many respects. Most importantly, they are made in this way to increase sound fidelity.
DNM's work on the hi-fi system has resulted in the development of many new components. Where possible we have made these available to other companies and several of the most significant Hi-Fi companies in the world use components designed by DNM. The Slit-Foil and T-Nework capacitors are examples of DNM components available for all to use.
DNM produced the original solid core interconnect and speaker cables - first invented in 1984. Little changed in design since their introduction, the cables were designed to work with DNM amplifiers - but they're also universal in their application for home use.

Making A Purchase
Just browse this DNM Design store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart as usual. After you have chosen all the components you want from DNM Design, click on 'Checkout' at the top of the page; you will just be asked for your shipping and contact details. A link to PayPal will then enable you to complete your order using either your credit card or PayPal details.
We accept all normal credit cards via PayPal so you do not need a PayPal account (you can use one if you wish though).
PLEASE NOTE : Credit card or PayPal information is NEVER handled by, or stored on, the www.dnm.co.uk Web site.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order as above and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice or email to confirm that your goods have shipped. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of any increase in price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable (but our prices will not change for a long time).

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . UK orders are generally received in under 2 days, EU orders in under 5 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

DNM Design do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. The third party (PayPal) will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
